Carter Horsley's Review of 136 West 17th Street

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This condominium apartment building was erected in 2004 between two handsome Italian-Renaissance-palazzo pre-war structures on one of the nicer blocks in Chelsea.

The building is a little to the west of the handsome Winston Preparatory School at 122-6 West 17th Street." Read Carter's Full Review
