Comment About the Building
The Grand Madison is a conversion from a pre-war office building to a full service, luxury condominium building. The only amenities offered are a full time doorman, concierge, and fitness center. Excellent lower Fifth Avenue / Flatiron location - very central to Gramercy, Chelsea, and Murray Hill. Madison Square Park is also directly across the street, plus the N, R, W subway trains a couple blocks away.
