"This building was built by the Millenium Partners around the time when they put up the Park Millenium and 150 Columbus Avenue. It has larger 3+ BR apartments in general and has terraces facing Lincoln Center as well. The apartments have high ceilings and lots of space in a spectacular location. There is not a gym in the building because the Reabock gym is right across the street at one of the sister buildings."

24 Hour doorman, and location location location. Nothing else Condo board-Rose Associates manages and is known to be a stickler for perfect packages 1 block from 66th street 1-9 stop. Maybe the best neighborhood in the city. Steps from Lincoln Center, the Park, Balducci`s
