More Comments About the Building

"Dual entrances, servicable gym, well constructed interiors, strong service Short walk to subway, blue and red lines - 5 mins., Georgione and other nice restaurants across the street"
"This is a nice 14 story newer condo buidling in a good peaceful location."
"Some minor celebrities. Gym, pet spa, storage lockers, doorman. Has a new development feeling. Beware, I have read 3 different pet policies. A dog is okay, but I wouldn't advise a client with 3 dogs to buy here without some sort of advanced okay re it. Same for cats. Application to Purchase is as significant as most coop board packages, but no interview req'd. Managing Agent, while pleasant, was slow and inefficient."
